Some drilling is required at the axle mount on early model trucks ('03-'05). These extensions place the Stabilizer Bar back into the OEM position when taller coils are used.

Extended Links or the Billet Drop Blocks are an EITHER/OR option, you will not need both products to place the Stabilizer Bar back into its proper position.
